Stowmarket Town claimed their third Premier Division scalp of the competition tonight with a superb 3-1 victory over Histon Reserves in the Ridgeons League Cup at Greens Meadow.Having already seen off the challenges of Hadleigh and Felixstowe in away ties, Town beat a Histon team boosted by several members of the Cambridge club's Blue Square Premier squad.
