Football: Stowmarket Town's cup clash called off

Stowmarket Town's hopes of a midweek return to action have been dashed.

Town had been due to travel to Thetford Town tomorrow in the First Division Cup but the Norfolk side are playing Diss in a re-arranged county cup tie, which takes priority.

The Thetford v Stowmarket match has been rearranged for next Tuesday, January 18, 7.45pm.
Town's next match will now be on Saturday against Fakenham Town at Greens Meadow.
In the Ridgeons Youth Cup, Stowmarket have been drawn at home to Hadleigh United in the quarter-finals, to be played week commencing March 7.
