A goal from Tom Jacobs proved only a consolation as Cedars Park went down 3-1 at SIL Division Five leaders Westerfield United A. Man of the match was David Thompson.It was a much better day for Cedars Park Reserves.
The Division Six team pulled off a tremendous 2-1 giant-killing win over Division Four side Claydon Reserves in the Club Colours Cup.
Gerry Daly and Dan Greenwood were on target for the Lions with Luke Uttley man of the match.
It puts them in Thursday's semi-final draw along with St Clements Hospital Reserves (Division 5), Coplestonians A (Division 3) and Stonham Aspal A (Division 4).
